Nope. We can do one-off projects or full bulk runs. Unit price gets better with volume, but we don’t set hard minimums.
What kind of files do you accept?
Preferred: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). We also accept high-resolution PNGs (300 dpi, transparent background). Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images.
Do you offer graphic design help?
Yes. We have an in-house graphic designer who can create or recreate any design you have in mind, and prep it for the best print or stitch results.
How long do orders usually take?
Turnaround varies by service: DTG (10–12 business days), DTF (10–12 business days), Embroidery (15–25 business days). Rush options may be available—tell us your deadline.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
What makes DTG different from screen printing?
Screen printing is best for bulk orders with fewer colors. DTG shines when you want full-color detail, small runs, or even just one shirt. No setup fees, no limits on color.
Is there a minimum order for DTG?
Nope! We can print just one shirt or as many as you need.
Can I provide my own apparel for DTG?
No. Due to the DTG process and pretreat solution, we cannot accept customer-provided garments. Pretreat can react with detergents, perfumes, softeners, or finishes on outside garments and we can’t guarantee quality or consistency.
How fast is DTG turnaround?
Most DTG orders are ready in 10–12 business days. Rush options available depending on schedule.
DTF (Direct-to-Film)
What is DTF printing?
DTF uses heat-applied transfers to put your design on almost any fabric. You get bold, full-color detail with a soft feel and durable washability.
Do you sell DTF prints (transfers) by themselves?
Not currently. We partner with top DTF suppliers and all DTF prints must be applied to a garment as part of your Red7Tees order.
Can I provide my own apparel for DTF?
Yes. Customer-provided apparel is allowed for DTF. We’ll review garment type and placement to confirm press suitability before production.
How fast is DTF turnaround?
Most DTF orders are ready in 10–12 business days. Rush options may be available—tell us your date.
Embroidery
What is digitizing—and do I pay it every time?
Digitizing converts your logo into stitch data (DST/EMB). It’s a one-time setup per logo/size; you won’t repay it unless the artwork or size changes.
Can I provide my own apparel for embroidery?
Yes. We allow customer-provided apparel for embroidery. We’ll inspect fabric and placement to ensure the best hooping, backing, and stitch results before production.
How big can my logo be?
It depends on placement and fabric. Common sizes: left chest ~3.5–4.0" wide; hat fronts up to ~2.25" tall. We’ll size for clarity and stitch quality.
How long does embroidery take?
Most embroidery orders are ready in 15–25 business days after proof approval and once goods are on hand.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and ACH. Payment is required before production begins.
Do you provide proofs before production?
Yes. Embroidery includes a sew-out proof, while DTG/DTF receive digital mockups. We won’t start production until you’ve approved.
Shipping & Returns
What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
Red7Tees is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they leave our facility. If this happens, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, etc.). We’ll gladly provide tracking details to help with your claim.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We’re print-on-demand. Because every order is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, contact us right away—we’ll make it right.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make a change, please call immediately. As a print-on-demand company, once blank garments are ordered, changes are not possible. Acting quickly is key so we can catch it in time.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled before production begins with a 20% restocking fee to cover supplier charges. Once your order enters production, cancellations are not possible.
