What makes DTG different from screen printing?
Screen printing is best for bulk orders with fewer colors. DTG shines when you want full-color detail, small runs, or even just one shirt. No setup fees, no limits on color.
Is there a minimum order for DTG?
Nope! We can print just one shirt or as many as you need.
What kind of artwork works best?
High-resolution PNG files (300dpi, transparent background) are ideal. Photos, detailed graphics, and colorful designs all look amazing with DTG.
Will the print crack or fade?
With proper care, DTG prints stay vibrant wash after wash. We recommend washing inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on low.
How fast is turnaround?
Most DTG orders ship within 10–12 business days. Rush options are available if you’re in a pinch.
Can you print on dark shirts?
Absolutely. We use white underbase ink when needed, so your colors stay bold even on black or navy garments.
