Do you have order minimums?

We can do small runs—no strict minimums. Unit price goes down as quantity goes up.

What kind of artwork works best for embroidery?

Preferred: Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF). High-resolution PNGs (300 dpi, transparent background) are also accepted. Avoid screenshots or low-resolution images.

What is digitizing—and do I pay it every time?

Digitizing converts your logo into stitch data (DST/EMB). It’s a one-time setup per logo/size; you won’t repay it unless the artwork or size changes.

How big can my logo be?

It depends on placement and fabric. Common sizes: left chest ~3.5–4.0" wide; hat fronts up to ~2.25" tall. We’ll size for best readability and stitch quality.

Can you embroider hats and beanies (and 3D puff)?

Yes—structured/unstructured hats, beanies, and more. We also offer 3D puff, appliqué, and patch options when the design allows.

Can you match my brand color?

We thread-match as closely as possible using our in-house palette. Exact Pantone matches aren’t guaranteed, but we’ll confirm the closest match on your proof.

How fast is turnaround?

Most embroidery orders are ready in 15–25 business days after proof approval and once goods are on hand. Rush options may be available—tell us your deadline.
